How it started

A bold idea from West Texas.

Bad Mutt began almost two years ago as a hobby—decorating T-shirts and hats for local businesses and organizations across the Permian Basin. What started as custom work has grown into a larger purpose: creating bold Christian apparel that is well made and clear about what it stands for.

At the heart of Bad Mutt is our faith in Christ. Jesus Christ is King, and we want that belief to shine through original graphics that people want to wear and use to share their faith.

As a veteran, I also plan to release select patriotic designs.

Bad Mutt operates from West Texas, where we create our graphics and handle the inking and decorating. For our branded clothing line, we partner with trusted American factories that cut and sew every garment in the United States.

Most of those garments use U.S.-sourced materials. When a required material or component cannot be sourced domestically, we identify it clearly rather than hiding it behind vague language.

We will also continue serving businesses and organizations throughout the Permian Basin with custom graphics and apparel. We are partnering with an American manufacturer of quality sports uniforms and jerseys so we can better serve local school and club sports teams.

Separately, our online store will soon expand to include American-made polos, Hawaiian shirts, and dress shirts. These products will be available exclusively through our website.
